Smart Totem is a simple and convenient app to save places, built a history of notes and observations and share with other Smart Totem users to work as a team:
follow field crops, favorite hikes, plants, favorite restaurants, outdoor equipment, work-sites, visits to clients and more. It's also great for finding an object you've left somewhere but you'll never remember where. Smart Totem works OFFLINE as well as ONLINE and data is PRIVATE, so it's really yours only.

REAL-TIME SHARING or simply SEND TOTEMS TO FRIENDS & COLLEAGUES
You can share one or a selection of Totems with others, your computer or databases. Sharing is done using email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in real-time through your Smart Totem account. Using email, the attached file is in a csv format, which is a text-like format read by popular apps such as Excel, and Open Office. A second specific csv format for Google Docs spreadsheet is available.
